TCG Counters

Poison Counter

The Poison Counter is a Magic: The Gathering mechanic that's easy to misremember mid-game. Here's exactly what it does, plus a free on-screen tracker so you never lose count at the table.

Player 1 0
Player 2 0

Tracking Poison Counter counters for two players. Add more players by opening this tool in another tab if you're playing a multiplayer pod.

What it does

Represents accumulated poison damage on a player, most commonly from infect or toxic creatures. A player with ten or more poison counters loses the game.

Rules note

Poison counters go on players, not creatures, and never go away on their own during the game.
