What it does

Some effects grant indestructible using a counter as the tracking mechanism, making the permanent immune to destroy effects and lethal damage while the counter remains.

Rules note

Indestructible doesn't protect against exile, sacrifice, or effects that reduce toughness to zero, only against being destroyed.
